Rixos President Astana, a member of TÜKİB, is proud to implement impactful social initiatives designed to support employees with special needs and foster an inclusive corporate culture. This year, as part of a dedicated social project, we began inviting professional sign language interpreters to our internal meetings. This initiative ensures that our hearing-impaired employees feel integrated and empowered to participate fully in discussions and decision-making processes.

The first occasion to have a sign language interpreter was on October 7, at our monthly staff meeting, where we celebrate team achievements and recognize the contributions of our best-performing employees. This meeting is a cornerstone of our corporate life at Rixos President Astana, as it provides a platform to discuss key updates and honor individuals whose efforts have been pivotal to our success. The presence of a sign language interpreter allowed our hearing-impaired colleagues to follow all discussions in real time and stay informed on critical matters. We believe that this level of inclusion gives every employee a sense of belonging and motivation to excel further.
